Karambunai Camp 2004

The crew successfully held their one of many outdoor activities in 2004 at Laguna Park Karambunai as their first location this year. The camp was held from 21 to 22 Feb 2004. Members are Huzami, Rozie, Jaspal, Habib, Malim, Fadly, Rudie, Zahir, Najib and with our guests Tariq and  Gerard are those who participated in this camp.

The camp started with setting up the camp and followed with a night barbeque afterward. A campfire gathering then begun soon after the barbeque. The event started with dicussion about our activities and preparation throughout this year and ended around 2.30 am the next day. The camp finished at 10.30 am with a small ceremony to celebrated Lord Baden Powell 147th birthday.

5 senior members from the Scouts of Sweden came here to make a few final preparation for their up coming camp tour to Sabah in July 2004. Our crew members, Tariq, Saifuddin,Habib Hasrun, Sharwan, Malim, Afie and Jaspal have a chance to meet them during a dinner held at BP House Kota Kinabalu on the 14th of April 2003.

The Crew's 6th Vigil was held on 6-7 April 2003 at Tg. Aru Beach 3. 8 new members of the Crew, Habib, Sharwan, Charles, Lela, Hisham, Joseph, Bob and Zahier attended the Vigil.

The vigil started from 6.00 PM on the 6th and finished at 7.30 AM the following morning. A small ceremony and photo session then held to welcome our new Rover Squires into the crew.
