Whether you are an educator, a professional, a sales person, a technician, a secretary, a clerk, a student
or self-employed, you are ELIGIBLE for membership. In other words, you do not need to be a "scout"
to join a Rover Unit as long as you're within the age range. However, they will be tests and a probationary
periods before you can be accepted and invested as a Full Rover. The tests varies from each crew. However the
"Vigil" test is perhaps one of the most essential and even an identity for all Rover Scout have
to go through.
