Donations to FHIM
Tax Exemption for donors
FHIM has been given Tax Exempt status by Inland
Revenue Technical Department , Malaysia with effect
from 1st.November 2008 ( Ref.LHDN/01/35/42/51/1/179-6.6476)
The letter of approval from the Inland Revenue Board was
handed over to FHIM President Mr CK Tan by Assistant Minister to the
Chief Minister Datuk Edward Khoo
FHIM Donation Boxes.
For fund raising purposes a total
of 50 FHIM donation boxes has been placed at renowned restaurants and
outlets such as Southern Cake Shop.The response is very encouraging.
Give generously to help us
alleviate and eradicate the hunger of the poor.
Borneo International Marathon 2008
donatesDirector of the
Borneo International Marathon 2008, Mr Andrew Voon presented a
cheque worth RM1500 as partial payment in aid of Kg Samparita
Gravity Feed Water, VOC and CDP projects, Kota Marudu recently.
Donation from Rotary Club Tanjung Aru.
The President of Rotary Club of
Tanjung Aru, Mr Brenndon Soh presented a cheque of RM8,400
to FHIM President Mr CK Tan in aid of the Child Sponsorship Programme for 10 children in
Kg.Samparita.Kota Marudu.
Donation from Sabah Credit Corporation
On 24 june 2009 Sabah Credit Corporation (SCC) General
Manager Datuk Vincent Pung presented the Letter of
Intent to Lung Yen Association Chairman Hsieh Yang Yui .The
letter affirmed that SCC will partly finance a charity project of
the building the FHIM orphange. SCC will contribute RM100,000
towards the RM350,00 project.
YB Teo Chee Kang,Sabah Credit Corporation Chairman
witnessed the handing over of the letter.The contribution comes
under SCC Corporate Responsibility Programme ,
