The Association of Ex-Students of La Salle and Sacred Heart is offering all former students of La Salle and Sacred Heart, whether young or old, to sign up as a life member of the association. New applicants only need to pay RM200 one-off fee for the life membership as oppose to the RM20 per year ordinary membership. In return, should you become a life member of the association, you will be issued a Life Membership Certificate and a Life Membership Card.

Life Membership Certificate
All new life members will receive their life membership certificate to certify that they have officially become life members of the alumni. Usually, the life membership certificate will be presented during the association's annual dinner held each year.

Life Membership Card
All new life members will also receive a membership card shaped and feels like a credit card although it does not act as one. The life membership card will not only recognise you as one of the life members of the association, but you can also use it at participating outlets that the association has established as a partnertship/affiliation so that you will receive priviledges and benefits as a life member of the association. Various priviledges and benefits might consist of discounts, free gifts, promotions, etc. Priviledges and benefits will vary from different participating outlets. Guidelines and terms of use of the card will be informed to life members.

Life Membership Enrolment Fee:
RM200.00 for life with no annual fee to pay

Life Membership Enrolment Conditions:
You need to be ex-students of either La Salle or Sacred Heart in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

• You can choose to open up the file and fill in all your details before printing out the form or print out the form and fill it in manually by hand.
  
• After you have completed the form, attach your payment in cash or cheque (Payable to "Association of Ex-Students of La Salle and Sacred Heart") and return it to the Membership Secretary.
  
• You can try and arrange a suitable time convenient to both the secretary and yourself to hand over the form or you can mail it into the alumni.
