BRANCHES

SABATA had 20 very active branches through out Sabah when the energetic and enthusiastic Dr. Roy was the President of Sabata. Some of the Branch Committees ceased to function when senior officials were transferred or got involved in more lucrative activities and did not bother to hand over the files to any one and the remaining officials and members did not have the drive and initiative to carry on with the work. However SABATA acknowledge with gratitude and thank them for whatever service they may have rendered to the Association, because without their help and assistance SABATA cannot function.

At present there are only five branches in operation. They are 1. Beaufort, 2. Keningau, 3. Kota Kinabalu, 4. Sandakan and 5. Tamparuli. Efforts are being made to revive other branches. Tawau already had a preliminary meeting.
