To all fellows Rotarians around the world,
we bring you our warmest greetings from The Rotary Club of Luyang, District
3310, Sabah, Malaysia. Have you made any plans after the R.I. CONVENTION
in
SINGAPORE? If no, then Rotary Club of Luyang would like to extend
our services and invite you to Sabah Borneo, "THE LAND BELOW THE WIND".
What Sabah Borneo has got to offer?

If you want to laze under the sun while
swimming or snorkeling we have 5 beautiful, unspoilt and uncrowded islands
to visit. They are only 10 to 15 minutes away.

For the true scuba diving enthusiast,
then we have Sipadan Island to offer and it’s the top three best
diving sights in the world.

Perhaps for a more active holiday with
cool natural surroundings, visit Mount Kinabalu Park, which is a paradise
for naturalist, botanists, bird watchers and mountaineers. You may want
to climb Mount Kinabalu (4095.2 m) tallest South East Asia Mountain. After
a strenuous climb, relax your painful muscles in an open-air Japanese-style
natural health spas at the Poring Hot Springs.

For a more adventurous activity you may
wish to experience river rafting at Kiulu River or Padas River
with shoots that rapids with grade 2-3 level in excitement.

The Borneo rainforest lodge / Danum Valley
is highly recommended. It has won an award in the category of "BEST
NEW TOURIST ATTRACTION" in Asia (1996). As one of the oldest rainforest
in the world, you can experience jungle tracking and living in the wild
of the untamed jungle.
